Every quarter – which handily coincides with the seasons, we have what we call a Trend Forecast meeting. This is exactly what it sounds like, a meeting where all the stylists and other staff get together to discuss what is up and coming.
So, what are the trends, as forecast by our Artistic Directors and Educational Teams? Take a peek at our list, and please check out the video of the event (link below - shot and edited by our very own Xis).
WOMEN:
Opaque tights
Bubble skirts
Ruffles and other feminine looks
Furry vests and jackets
Gloves
Multiple bracelets (different sizes/colors ok)
Jewelry over gloves
Peep Toe shoes (especially with the opaque tights)
Booties
Belts (especially added to dresses)
Hair- Loose waves or Loose take on classic looks like the french twist
Make-up - Nude lips, cat eyes and of course, the smoky eye
MEN:
All American look
Fitted Blazers/Jackets
Layering with multiple textures
Toggle Coats
Pocket squares
Skinny ties/Bow Ties
Relaxed fit jeans
Rolled up Jeans
Loafers
Hair- modification of long surfer look, more refined, classic
